No staff disappointing considering price

Never any staff about. Had to pre order basic breakfast which was good but basic Padlock lower entrance door most evenings so if you wanted to go into garden had to go out the front door and walk around the hotel.Had most conversations with staff on what’s app !!

It was magnificent

This is tastefully styled new accommodation on a winery and is really worth the short car trip off the coastal highway. Tthe here wasn't any meal service available, however the recommended restaurant gave us one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in our trip to Italy so far. The staff and the local people are so friendly. A man on a scouter came up to us when we had gone the wrong way and lead us all the way to the restaurant. We had a beautiful Mountain view across fields of vines from the room. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a problem with our air conditioning being fan only and not cooling, but the corridors air conditioner was working. In the end we left the windows open all night, we didn't ask the staff.

Superb.

The hotel recently changed ownership and there have been some changes to what we had expected. The new owners and their family and staff made us extremely welcome. They have filled in the swimming pool but that is more than made up for by the use of their local privately owned beach on the Adriatic. We took the half board option and the food was excellent. My wife is wheelchair bound and the access was great throughout including roll-in shower. Great location for exploring the mountains and we had driven above 2000m in little more than an hour and yet in the opposite direction only 15 minutes drive to the beach. We look forward to returning in the future.
