"The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you :)"

"Camera abbastanza spaziosa, idem il bagno.
Colazione discreta servita presso un'altra struttura facente parte dello stesso grande complesso, 4-5 minuti a piedi non di più.
Non c'è personale in loco (se non la ragazza delle colazioni) tutti i passaggi check-in check-out e altre comunicazioni avvengono tramite chat.
Bella e suggestiva la posizione nella più totale tranquillità delle colline bolognesi."

"In a secure building. Found a problem with the door, but staff offered to fix ASAP. Room was spacious and loved the balcony with table and chairs. Shared bathrooms, FYI."

"9/10. Excellent location, clean room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Bologna Centrale station. Confort of the bed was ok, A/C was excellent. There is not always staff present so check-in can be difficult is you arrive early / late. For the price I would recommend staying here."

"We were blown away by the property. It was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Mary was extremely helpful with check-in and helping us get a taxi to the airport. And they had the cutest little bear waiting for our daughter. Sadly we only had one night here. We could have stayed forever! "Excellent" doesn't even describe the experience. We will definitely be back."
