"Everything about the experience was first class, from the moment you are greated at the door, to fresh tea in the lobby and a warm welcome by Yesser, the hotel concierge. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel restaurant on the rooftop if wonderful. The staff is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel while staying in Casablanca."

"Very safe and clean hotel! The place is well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations of a five-star hotel. The downtown location is convenient, but the noise may be an issue if you prefer a quieter stay. The property felt dated, and the staff rarely smiled or made us feel welcome. The service also lacked the professionalism and experience I would expect from a five-star hotel.

"Roof top is nice . But no swimming pool"

"Pros: staff is great; breakfast has a lot of choices of breads, cold cuts, as well as fried eggs; location is excellent; needs are good; rooms are quiet. Cons: must ask for a hair dryer; no ice available anywhere in the hotel."

Morgenmad nul stjerner."
