A nice Hotel that needs a better management.

Overall good. The room was clean. Good location. The staff were nice but were lacking customer service tips. Some good customer service training would help. (but were nice people). Breakfast. (Paid breakfast that was below satisfactory). We only had 2 towels, but the the room was super clean.

Im very disappointed because I remember adding navette from airport to the hotel But yesterday I came from Canada montreal to take the navette at midnight local time They didn’t let me in because they said my booking was in another hotel 20min away from airport just because of 20min the onomo hotel dropped me from navette I’m very disappointed Last time I book with this hotel ONOMO no matter where or which one very bad service I stayed outside airport at midnight for so long could be dangerous for my safety. The worse experience

Staff makes this hotel what it is. So different than the other 2 Onomos in Casablanca, where staff is rude. This hotel is pleasant, clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly, and food is good. Also so close to the airport! I give it 5 stars for the value. Great stay!

Incredible service NOTHING like Onomo Airport where they are rude and inattentive. The staff at this property are friendly and cheerful. They make sure you are well taken care of, very attentive. Will be staying here instead of the airport property from now on.

Good value for money, acceptable for business trip type of location. The hotel is new but materials aren’t high end. The sofa bed sits too low in the ground.
