"Very happy with my stay here especially for my first solo trip! Staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions! They offer a meet and greet with a free drink a great way to meet new people from around the world. The rooms and beds were clean however I think what stops me from giving it a true 10/10 is the lack of air conditioning which then creates a slight foul smell in the rooms. The rooms are somewhat small with very little ventilation where it makes the rooms feel very humid and smell like the bathroom. The bathrooms have a wooden mesh like floor that is risen above the concrete and I think that’s what adds to the slight ball smell in the rooms. Other than that I enjoyed my stayed."

"There are many goods and a few bads about this property. I’ll start with the good. It is a very modern hotel and the rooms have an excellent layout with all the amenities you could hope for. Great I room coffee, nice shower and really comfortable beds. The bad – the hotel is grossly understaffed. The shuttle is terrible and no correspondence was given to us about where to catch the shuttle from Madrid airport, which is enormous. We ended up having to get a local person to phone the hotel to get instructions only to find out it runs every hour and they take three hours of breaks during the day. It took over an hour from when we were ready to get the shuttle till when it picked us up.In the morning it was a gong show with people trying to get onto the shuttle to get to their morning flights. Many people had to take taxis at their own expense. Then there’s the restaurant. The quality of food is OK but the staff are completely overrun. I don’t think the hotel anticipated how busy the restaurant was going to be. The buffet breakfast is also OK… Unfortunately, some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Europe and the orange juice tasted like water down Kool-Aid. The hotel website is also subpar and nobody responds to online inquiries. I think this hotel is really good value for the money but would advise future guest to forget the shuttle and just take a five minute taxi to the hotel. Increase your shuttle frequency or remove it as a perk with your hotel."

"When booking the single beds do not have windows which make it super hot. Get the room with the windows and call to make sure you are getting what you book. The pictures are true but deceiving. Other than that I loved the place!!!"

"I had an outstanding stay at Only You Atocha and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. During my stay, I lost my cell phone, along with my ID, debit card, and credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Samuel went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage. Samuel’s outstanding service reflects very positively on Only You Atocha, and I am extremely grateful for everything he did. Employees like him are rare and deserve recognition. I highly recommend Only You Atocha to anyone looking for excellent accommodations and customer service that truly exceeds expectations. Thank you, Samuel, and thank you to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful stay."

"Great hotel right next to Puerta del Sol and the major shopping district in downtown Madrid. Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms don't have hot water/coffee makers. On our departure day, when the Gran Via and lot of other streets very closed due to a Marathon race, the concierge (who had reserved a taxi for us for the airport) sent the bellboy with us to walk our rolling luggage 1 km away to get to an open street to catch the taxi 👍The restaurant on site has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
