"Super cute and quiet ocean view hotel. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and the pool was well maintained. The property could use a little updating, but overall it was nice and very clean. It was very convenient to the Luquillo kiosks and beaches."

"Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan "

"I wish there is more sound proof room, the road is right on front and can hear traffic every car passes. Same if your neighbor is having a loud conversation you can hear it. They are aluminum and sound comes through the bottom. Bed is low and fluffy so it took me a while to get used to it. Lots of water pressure so be careful when you open the faucet lol. Great location for Las Croabas and water taxis for Icacos, tours or Palomino."

"During previous stays at IHG hotels, housekeeping service was typically provided every other day. Since I arrived on Saturday, I assumed the room would be cleaned on Monday morning. Housekeeping came to the room around 10:00 a.m. on Monday, and we informed them that we were getting ready and asked if they could return within the hour. We then left the hotel for a few hours to go to the beach. However, upon returning, we found that the room had still not been cleaned. We went to the front desk...

"The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for."

"Beautiful place in an excellent location! The room was clean and cozy. Our A/C did go out for 1.5 days, but the staff was very accommodating in getting our room changed to one with working A/C, super friendly staff!"

"Very nice place to stay. AC cold, hot water good, lighting, TV, and Internet were awesome. Mini fridge. No microwave or clothe iron. There is large safe that can fit a laptop. I enjoy the place and would stay there in the future."

"Excellent location, great walking distance to old and new San Juan and several beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent suggestions for food and outings. Connivence store, bakery, bars and restaurants nearby. We would have enjoyed our time more and would come back if it weren’t for the intermittent water outages. Overall an excellent experience in which we were able to enjoy our time in the private courtyard and pool area which was quiet and cozy."
