"My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!"

"Room was not clean, long black hairs all over the floors. Curtains filthy and full of dust. Shower dirty and shower doors filthy. We would not even sit on the fabric couch! They charged us for a weeks worth of self parking for His daughter, who lives in Puerto Rico to park two different days for an hour each day!!! Never again will we ever stay or recommend staying there?"

"I recently stayed at the Caribe Hilton and overall had a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really made a positive impression throughout my stay. The variety of restaurant options on the property was also a highlight. There were plenty of choices, and it was convenient to have several dining options available without having to leave the resort. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had a noticeable odor that never completely went away during my stay. While it wasn’t enough to ruin the trip, it did affect the overall comfort of the room. Overall, the resort offers a great location, wonderful staff, and excellent dining options. With a little more attention to room freshness, the experience would be even better."

"Most of the staff were great except some at front desk and a hostess at Ocean Breeze. Hostess was awful, wouldn’t make eye contact, didn’t respond to anything we asked her, just flat out ignored us. But the servers were stellar. Air conditioning in gym was broken, when my boyfriend asked the front desk if it was getting fixed, they said, “we heard about that.” When we had issues with disrespectful neighbors, we personally asked them to be quiet (this was around 11pm), then the next day it happened again so we called the front desk and when they came and spoke to them, the person next door told them it was their “right,” they were “told they could have the tv at 75” (14 was loud) and “they knew who it was that called.” We could hear all of this right outside our door. Hotel security basically said, “okay,” and left without doing anything. We were uncomfortable with this and wanted some sleep (and a nice vacation) so we requested a room change. Someone came and helped us move which was very nice and unexpected. But when we asked the front desk to have our wristbands updated to the new room and another key card (they only gave us one), they looked at us like we were insane. But they did it. Staff at the coffee bar/cafe were amazing, and the housekeeping staff were so sweet and helpful. Beach is stunning and beach staff is awesome! Lastly: site says resort fee covers daily water but you only get 2 on your 1st day when you arrive in your room. Be prepared to spend $ on water."
