"Very good"

"The staff here was the nicest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. The location on the river is beautiful and the proximity to everything we wanted to do in Pittsburgh was great."

"Nothing"

The morning breakfast was good. Plenty of variety to make everyone happy. I have to say the most impressive part of the stay was Shane at the front desk. "The hotel is not in downtown Pittsburgh but good for my purpose. There is only one restaurant nearby. The hotel is getting a bit old. The room is good. The kitchen is equipped. Breakfast is typical."

"Eric who works the front desk is the best employee I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible."

"The property is so unique, well maintained, and comfortable. The virtual check in process is so easy and convenient, but there are still staff physically available if you need assistance. It also provides all the amenities you need, plus those you didn’t think you might need. Located in a great area. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again."

"Great place to stay!"

"Property is in the perfect location to enjoy The Strip and to walk along the river. Accommodations were excellent, breakfast very good and all staff helpful and kind. One elevator was not working which created a line to get to our rooms. We had a wonderful time!"

"Wish the people were a bit nicer"

"Wonderful stay! Clean ,quiet room. Convenient location close to turnpike, shopping and mall. Staff were so nice. Included in price was abundant amount for breakfast but unfortunately poor quality."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free as was breakfast. Room was clean and large. This was my second time staying there. Will go back again."

"Very quiet. Had great bartender. Downtown"

"Very nice staff, nice pool and enjoyed the breakfast. Also great location and free parking was very convenient and easy to get in and out."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Awesome stay!"

"This place is a gem. Adorable. It’s worth noting that there are no tv’s and the bathroom is outside of the room. We were not aware. Having said that, I will be back. Very clean and overall a cool experience."
