"This hotel has the perfect location - a block from the Uffizi Gallery and the Arno river, with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, and a short walk to all the top sites in Florence. The room was spacious with air conditioning and fully functional windows. This property does not have, and does not charge you for all the extras of chain hotels (restaurants, pools, spas, etc...) I definitely recommend, and would stay again."

"Didn’t really see staff except at breakfast. Breakfast was great. Location was great. AC was appreciated. The tip to reduce outside noise was good but I still needed ear plugs due to early market set up and music at night."

"The place is obviously in a beautiful location but the little details make all of the difference. The rooms are clean and well maintained with cool Tuscan vibe to them without being too old and rustic. Lovely staff and good food. The pool is well-maintained and the property grounds are impeccable."

"We loved the place. And top notch service."

"Great"

"We enjoyed our stay here; it's out of the main tourist center of Florence in the Oltrarno, and it's within a half-mile of the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, and all the tourist sites are within walking distance (25 minutes). There's no front desk here, but instructions were good enough to get into the hotel and our rooms (still, you have to be comfortable with that). A good value for Florence overall."

"We had a great stay here! The room was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better!"

"The room was clean and it felt secure. Well situated for transit options. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Muy recomendable, estuvimos muy a gusto. Solo que un poco exagerado el costo de las bebidas en el frigorífico."
