"This was such a lovely, quiet stay, the home (Cottage 3) was well equipped, warm, and extremely comfortable. The facilities at the pool were great and the kids loved it! Communication on how to enter, exit, etc was perfect - no issues, no complaints - thank you for the wonderful stay. "

The Alverton

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the atmosphere of the Alverton and its grounds. There was plenty of space for parking and the reception was only a short walk. The rooms we had were very well presented and very clean. I have marked down on the eco credentials as all the lights and television were on when we arrived which wasn't necessary. The terrace was a great place to sit in the late afternoon for a pre-dinner drink. At times the bar staff were talking to each other rather than looking after customers needs but they were always polite. We ate dinner the first night of our stay which was delicious and at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good too. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Lovely and quiet hotel with great sea view. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Some interior and the outdoor pool area could be more modern, in my opinion. The breakfast was good, but could have had more options to choose from. Besides that, everything was excellent! Thank you so much!"
