"I really enjoyed their breakfast options. Plenty to pick from and the cinnamon rolls were always warm and delicious! Coffee was great! Rooms are really spacious ! Location is really close to Texas Tech so that was great !"

"Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea."

"Kristen, help me, she was completely amazing. While the other lady wasn't quite nice because the first room they gave me had hair. Everywhere and the second one was much better due to Kristen. She is greatly appreciated and she should be the face of the front desk"

"Clean and comfy"

"Excellent choice of hotel. Very clean rooms and facilities in general. The entire staff was very helpful especially Michele. She was friendly and professional and very welcoming. She deserves a raise!"

"This hotel used to have a bar. We were not informed that this had been closed down. The elevators could use some maintenance. Dingy smell in the room when you walked in."
