Park Plaza Cardiff
Check in was easy and the reception staff said let them know if I needed anything. I wanted green teabags and asked for them over 2 days about 4 times. The Angel Hotel
I was in Cardiff for a competition and so only used the room and no other facilities. It was lovely and clean, the toiletries were lovely but it was incredibly hot. Also a couple of biscuits would have been nice with the room refreshments. My husband checked us in and said the staff were all efficient ...

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Room clean but carpet stained and dusty in corners, no soap container so soap was sliding all over the bathroom top so had to keep it on a towel to soak up the water

Village Hotel Cardiff
The lady that checked us in was such a lovely lady (i think her name was Donna) so friendly, absolute pleasure to meet her. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was good. Management, you need to look after staff like her, she is a real asset.
