Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Front desk staff were horrible at check in, The asked them where the ice machine was, they told me on the first floor, went there could not find it, they insisted it was there. Asked a different staff member the next morning and was told the ice machine was broken and removed a few days before

Village Hotel Cardiff
The room was a good size and the parking was free all weekend. However the pool area was so busy we didn't use it, the bar and restaurant was very expensive.
