"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"We had a traumatic experience going to see `take `that weeks before. Trying to get a taxi out of the city. It was 1am when we got back to the hotel. The concert finished at 10.30. 5 women in our 60’s waiting on a pavement in Cardiff was awful. So I asked the Coach and Horses if we could cancel and have a refund (this hotel is a taxi ride way!) they refused as it was non refundable rooms. So I asked them several times. If I could have a credit note £270!! Not including breakfast is a lot to lose,...

"There was a long running power problem that wasn’t adequately communicated. We had to use a neighbouring hotel for breakfast both mornings. The family room was spacious but very dark. I didn’t find it good value for the money we paid."
