When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"

"This hotel is central Aberdeen , buses, rail link And excellant parking not far from hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful Room excellant ,clean ,sorry never used the bar as i was at a party elswhere "

"I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel. This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities. "

"The room was covered in damp stains and with peeling paper from what looked like a leak in the ceiling. There was a strong chemical smell in the room and the carpet was sticky. Cigarette burns on the cabinet, black mould in the shower and a cracked sink. The name "Highland Aberdeen" appears to be fake for online, it's not the name on the hotel. Rooms don't look like the pictures."
