"Nice room with a kitchen which was great only negative was only BBC stations on large tv . Breakfast hot buffet of bacon sausages and scrambled eggs wasn't the best quality but the cold buffet was very good. Staff were excellent couldn't do enough to help .Hotel is in a good location 10 mins walk from stations. Would definitely return here if we return to Aberdeen"

"Room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Elevator was appreciated and staff friendly and helpful. location does not show properly on Google map for navigation by car. Close to restaurants Staff was helpful at their sister property, Douglas Hotel, in getting us to the property."

"Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und schön. Im Bad gibt es teilweise Schimmel an den Fugen in der Dusche, was wir aber nicht sonderlich tragisch fanden. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit nämlich perfekt. Das Bett und die Kissen waren unglaublich gemütlich. Ich hab geschlafen wie ein Baby. Obwohl die Zimmer direkt über dem dazugehörigen Pub liegen, hat uns der Geräuschpegel gar nicht gestört. "Showing signs of wear and tear. Very poor parking facilities with very hefty charges! When someone parked next to me I could not get in the drivers door. A lot of exterior noise from 6.00am. I was maybe unlucky with situation of room. Bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate. Better options in Aberdeen."

"Easy to find, parking easy, good location. We went out at 2am to watch the World Cup. Reception 24hours so easy to access at all hours. Would absolutely stay again."

"Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early."

"Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion."

"The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine."

"Horrible Hotel, my single bed room was very small. It faced the busy street. Loud vehicle noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the room next to me. There is no front desk and I didn't see any employees during my three night stay. Key code to open the hotel front door. Once inside use your Key code to open the lock box and get your room key."
