Name was changed to Brentwood so was looking for Highland. Bed comfortable pillow was 2 cushions in a pillow case. Old hotel needs refurbishment staff helpful friendly. Great location. Would stay again

Online check in didn’t work, I made prior contact via Whatsapp and expected check-in codes at 2pm. Reception was anle to provide codes ob arrival. Good location and fair price. The alleged parking area was an open courtyard for roughly 5 cars cordoned off by a padlocked rusty chain. On street parking free 8pm to 8am. Breakfast was not available in the advised location and the receptionist disappeared when he realised we were looking for breakfast. The room was dusty, no hot water for a shower and the corridor carpets were very worn. Not the best, more hostel than hotel.

Very dated room but clean. We had a deluxe suite with 2 double beds. The only complaint was that the room was freezing cold. Would gave been nice to have extra duvets. Room was very clean, great location. Bargain for the price. Spare duvets it the only recommendation

Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly on reception and room was warm and cosy. Enjoyed the stay, would stay again next time i'm working up in Aberdeen. Little co-op shop just down the road and the highstreet a couple of mins walk away so a decent location. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
