This is a beautiful guest house, swimming pool, thatched roof, beautiful artwork, spotless rooms, fantastic breakfast and an overall feeling of being a valued guest. A very private location with owners that really care!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Self catering unit was large and comfortable. Could have used a heater in the kids room. Main bedroom did have one. Property was nice for the kids to walk around and explore. Breakfast was good with a great view of the town.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit geräumigen und schönen Zimmern. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück 1a. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Nice Hotel for one night

Very friendly stuff, hotel installations in good shape, except pool area. Poor Wifi coverage. The big disadvantage is that it is located directly at R44, so there are 24 hours traffic noise. No restaurant within walking distance, car is required to get to Sommerset West. However, very nice rooms at relatively low rates.

Perfect location, relaxing base

We reserved two cottages for a week - one for our family and one for elderly parents. It was a perfect base to explore the winelands and the Cape, and return to this relaxing setting in the evenings. Starting the day with their wonderful breakfast buffet was such a treat and the pool was so refreshing in the midst of the summer heat. We also made the most of the Bbq facilities on a few evenings. Jeorg and his staff were very warm and helpful, especially Simba and Tiffany who made sure we felt very much at home. We missed meeting the elusive tortoise as we were often out during the day but that means we are keen for a repeat visit. We would definitely live to stay here again.
