Modern, quiet and friendly

This hotel as modern and friendly and well placed for discovering Cape Town. It's in a quiet area and and a 5-10 min walk to restaurants. The breakfast was really good and varied. I came to do the Two Oceans marathon and they provided early breakfast and shuttle to the race.

Great hotel but not the best neighborhood to walk around in. But Ubers are plentiful so it really wasn’t a problem. Breakfast buffet was great. The bar had several nightly specials on drinks. Ate dinner there twice and those meals were good too. Nice pool area as well and the pool is heated,

Unforgettable experience!

The staff here makes everything enjoyable. From the reception to the chef. They were all professional and patient with us. The place was clean and presentable. Also close to almost all the places we wanted to visit. And the beautiful view of the Table Mountain from our room was a cherry on top. This is my first time leaving a review for a hotel. Waitress Winnie keep up the Good work. You gave us a good experience. My wife and I are planning to come back with the kids.

Good, not great.

Perfectly located for UTCT. Rooms well appointed. Disappointing not to have an air conditioner working to well. When it was turned on not event earplugs could deaden the noise. Excellent house keeping and bar staff. Restaurant staff a little disinterested and forgetful. Excellent breakfast choices. Room keys would not work and had to be reset multiple times per day. Advice from staff, 'just stop in and see us every time you come past reception and we can reset it'.

Lovely hotel surrounded by trees

This is a lovely hotel with a very kind staff. The room was large with a beautiful view. The food was good. They did everything to make us comfortable. It's a higher up, residential area with a lot of big green trees. We were able to easily walk downhill to the downtown and waterfront areas, then Uber back up. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in a good location and has, for the most part, friendly staff. The restaurant is decent. Breakfast is good and the coffee is very good. The rooms are okay but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. There was dirt on the carpet when I checked in and the carpets looked, and SMELLED, as though they were in desperate need of a good shampoo. Internet worked well but the TV is atrocious with bad reception and only a scant few international channels.

The only issue was wifi and the amount of data allowed on the “free” plan! All staff were incredible a food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced - pool area lovely and clean! Highly recommend!

Gut gelegenes Stadthotel

Das Familienzimmer hat die gleichen Betten wie ein normales Doppelzimmer ( 2 Betten a 1,50 m), und ist somit als Doppelzimmer super, aber fürs Familienzimmer zu schmal.Frühstück findet jeder was.Pool ist schön groß und auf der Terrasse ko nte man sich vom Sightseeing gut erholen.Großer Parkplatz.Wlan-begrenzung.
