Victorian Charm

This is a comfortable place to stay close to the heart of Cape Town. It is a pair of Victorian houses bonded together and retains much of the charm of that period. The rooms are large and comfortable. The TV system is poor (effectively only some news stations of use). The breakfast was adequate, but some ingredients were dried out. Parking is tight. Michelle was a gracious and helpful host. The best, however is the central, quiet location with easy access to most of what Cape Town has to offer.

Mountain Manor stay 3/25

We had an amazing encounter with staff during our stay. We had booked a safari the following morning after our stay and the staff took a message for us, personally came to the room to let us know when our ride had arrived, and held our bags following check out. Very satisfied with the service!

petite pension très sympa

Arrivés dans ce manoir de l'ère victorienne. Prix hyper attractif (-50%) donc je pense qu'on a eu une chambre simple en déco contrairement aux petits bijoux de déco que recele ce manoir (baignoire dans la chambre)! J'ai eu un peu froid dans la chambre.

The best feature about the apartment was the balcony and the view. The apartment itself was somewhat rundown and not very inviting. The beds were comfortable and clean. Cable TV was limited. Internet not secure.

Good guesthouse

Good guesthouse with lot of space and big rooms. Free parking. Nice little pool. On the down side it's a bit far from the "center", they didn't have free wifi (only Hotspot you paid for), and we where four adults but only got one set of keys which made it a hustle every time we didn't go out together. Open bar which was good, until you end up paying drinks that other guests had put on your room!
