Great spot

I would highly recommend 7 Ackermann Place Guest House. It was spotlessly clean, lovely spacious comfortable rooms and a great location.

Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the property states R200.00 should keys not be returned, they should probably update that to R2,000.00, as we paid around R1,800. We accept responsibility, it was our bad, but it could probably have been handled a bit better. Great place to stay, just don't lose your keys.

Just lovely.

Lovely pool and the room wa a comfortable with my own little seating area for my morning coffee. Very friendly hosts and super helpful and informative. Very close to the town centre and walkable.

Besser als jedes 5-Sterne Hotel

Ein wunderbares Guest House in dem ich jederzeit lieber übernachte als in einem 5-Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar und voll ausgerüstet, das Internet ist Stabil, es hat einen kleinen Swimming Pool und genug Platz drumherum, um in ruhe zu geniessen. In 5 Geh-Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Stellenbosch und die Umgebung mit vielen Schulen ist so sicher wie möglich. Lettie kümmert sich sehr gut und persönlich mit Rat und Tat um ihre Gäste und brachte uns sofort nach ankunft eine Flasche Wein zum geniessen und einleben. Jederzeit wieder.

Great place to stay on Stellenbosch!

This guesthouse was an amazing surprise on our Garden Route car trip. Very comfortable, clean, close to restaurants area - a short walk, less than 10min - and just 2min walking from the supermarket where you can buy your breakfast. The services are also great, with full laundry stuff, private parking and a good pool area. And of course the host - she was so nice and helpful! :-)

Great guest house, very good location

This is a lovely guest house. It is walkable to the town centre, just about 3-4 minutes. The rooms are immaculate and there is a large kitchen where you can cook, use the washing machine and/or tumble dryer etc which is very useful when you're travelling. The hosts were excellent giving us information to help us with our travels. Safe enclosed parking and free Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We stayed just the one night and were met by the owner who was most welcoming and gave useful information regarding the local area and restaurants. The room was immaculate, and a good air conditioning unit and extremely comfortable bed, made for a great nights sleep. It is about a 5 minute walk into town and the area felt very safe. We walked both ways. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

Mooi Guesthouse, fantastische ligging

Prima guesthouse, kamer tip top, ligging perfect. Dicht bij knus centrum met veel horecagelegenheden. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Zwembad wel klein maar gelet op omgeving wss ook te weinig tijd voor.

Wunderbar

Trotz vorzeitiger Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der schönste Aufenthalt während unserer Rundreise!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren drei Nächte in Stellenbosch und haben uns in 7 Ackermann Place sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war top ausgestattet - das Bett sogar mit Heizdecke, die wir am ersten Abend auch sehr gerne genutzt haben. Alles ist super sauber und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.
