ce quiet apartment

Nice apartment in a very quiet district in Cannes. No noise from street. Building is this typical concrete, not really well soundproofed, but most of the building is residential with very quiet people living there. I slept perfect for 3 nights. My apartment had a small kitchen, including dishwasher. Decent supermarket 3 minutes walk. Palais de festival 15 minutes. Downtown 10 minutes walk.

Lovely room, clean and modern with big balcony :) Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again! Location great, 2 minute walk to big supermarket and 10/15 min walk to Cannes beach.

Excellent value, spacious and comfortable room

I was pleasantly surprised. It was reasonably priced and walking to the palais was a joy in the good weather. Overall i would come back next year to stay at Bel air again, if the prices still stay the same. I think it was one of the better places i have stayed in Cannes and i have been coming to cannes since 2006. The only small negative is that the TV remote did not work and there was no way to speak to someone about it, since there was no front desk or person available .

Cook your own meals and eat on the balcony

The apartment is wonderful and new. It has beautiful balconies and well-apportioned kitchen. It is one block from a large supermarket and about ten minutes walk from the beach. Being able to cook our own meals saved us quite a lot of money in a vacation in Southern France and the food at the supermarket was wonderful. One cautionary note: there is no sea view from the balconies. The photo in the website made it appear as though that was the case. Maybe apartments on higher floors do though. We still enjoyed the two balconies very much. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, very clean and in a great location. Check in arrangements was very straightforward and the apartment cleaning services were excellent.

15min walk to beach

Nice and clean apartment 15 min walk to the beach, La Croissette and Le Palais des Festivals. We had a hot water issue but it was solved promptly on the same day.

nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques dès notre arrivée, un SAMEDI après-midi, nous les avons signalés à la réception, fermée du vendredi soir au lundi matin. Nos problèmes ont été pris en compte mais n'ont pu être réglés que tardivement car les techniciens ne sont pas sur place et doivent être convoqués. Néanmoins, nous avons obtenu un dédommagement sympathique. Globalement, bonnes vacances.

Soggiorno piacevole

Il residence è in un'ottima posizione per visitare a piedi Cannes. Il check in e il check out in orario in cui la reception è chiusa è andato perfettamente, tutto era predisposto e le istruzioni semplici. Ho usufruito del garage, non proprio indispensabile, qualche posto si trova libero all'esterno, ma non è detto nei periodi di punta: è stata una comodità utile e l'accesso è diretto al residence. La stanza è ben arredata e fornita dell'indispensabile per la cucina. Un po' limitata la fornitura per il bagno.

This studio apartment was truly very good value. Everything was provided from a welcome pack with tea and coffee to dish washer tablets to tablets for the washing machine. Very impressive . Usually that kind of thing is not provided. The staff were lovely and friendly. The only criticism I'd have is the outdoor furniture. It badly needs a face lift. Quite old and worn. Having said that the balcony was such an added bonus. I will definitely be back. Might be a good idea to signpost it from the crossette as it was not that easy to find.
