This boutique style compact hotel was so central you couldn't wish for a better location - it's close to train station, local independent shopping, the Palais Des Festivals, food and fish markets, the beach and much more. Excellent value and we felt very safe. The air conditioning is fabulous and it has soundproofing and shutters.It has a lovely intimate terrace where we enjoyed sunshine, shade and a few drinks. Noemie, Cedric and Eddie who we met were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome, their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Everyone spoke excellent English which helped so much. The hosts organised transport to the airport for us and our driver Romy was first class, on time and provided a very smooth professional drive-providing much needed water for our journey! Would not hesitate to recommend this great budget friendly hotel. Thank you Cedric and Noemie for being excellent hosts and making our visit so enjoyable.

Nice hotel

Location nice and central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice touch to be able to access free filtered water bottles each day. Hotel was fine for a quick business trip however not great been on the ground floor with large windows on to the street with people walking by all day and night.

La mia camera era piccolissima con doccia e piccolissimo lavandino in camera...... armadio non c’è...... nella piccola stanza wc posto per appendimi bassissimi.... camera buia e senza possibilità di aprire finestra......i titolari sono ospitali ma non ci sono mai...... reception assente .....

Excellent stay and friendly helpful staff

We really liked the look of this little hotel as it seemed to have a lot more personality than it's comparable priced rivals. We weren't disappointed with any aspect of our stay, we were welcomed with refreshments and our hostess couldn't help us enough. We were able to enjoy Cannes which really is on the doorstep and were glad of the air-con every time we returned to the room. The room was perfectly comfortable and kept clean and up together by the really friendly staff. The personality of the hotel made it a good choice, it is really unique and even has it's own shower gel created locally. If I had to have anything to make our stay perfect it would have been a kettle or coffee machine as I really missed the early morning cuppa but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Très bonne surprise à deux pas de la Croisette

Pour nos dernières vacances en tant que fiancés (on se marie dans un mois!!), mon compagnon et moi, nous avons choisi de passer le long weekend du 15 août à Cannes et on est tombé par hasard sur le 7Art Hôtel. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus, bien au contraire. On cherchait un hôtel idéalement situé près de la Gare SNCF et à proximité de la plage et du Casino Barrière; quelle bonne surprise fut cet Hôtel du 7ème Art!! 3 minutes à pieds de la gare et 5 minutes à pieds du Palais des Festivals. Très amicale, le patron vous accueille avec un thé glacé et vous fait patienter le temps de monter vos bagages à votre chambre à l'aide d'un petit monte-charge (oui, seule note "négative", le manque d'un ascenseur, mais bon, il y a 3 étages et...si moi je les ai faits, tout le monde peut les faire ;-)!) Et là, bonne surprise, on se retrouve dans une chambre double avec petite salle/chambre attenante, comprenant 2 petites mais très modernes et fonctionnelles salles d'eau, pour ne pas faire de jaloux! I frankly love this place! Le lit n'était pas énorme (140 cm je pense), mais il était super confortable. Il y avait la clim dans les deux chambres, élément très pratique vu que les chambres donnent sur une voie très fréquentée, et si on ouvre la fenêtre on peut avoir les nuisances de la route. Je le conseille surotut pour des couples ou pour un séjour en solo. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Vacances à la dernière minute

Séjour pris à la dernière minute pour passer une semaine au bord de l'eau. Hôtel tout prêt des plages publiques et privées et des rues commerçantes. Personnel de l'hôtel très sympa, très dispo. Quelques restaurants très sympathiques et pas trop chers, bref séjour très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel, je pense y retourner l'année prochaine plus longtemps.

Lovely weekend break

Perfect for a weekend get away, great location, comfy beds and the owners are so helpful. The rooms are quite small but worked really well for a boutique hotel!

Hyggelig service og super beliggenhet

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold på Rivieraen med Cannes som base. Da var dette et billig alternativ selv i August som er fellesferietid i Italia og Frankrike. Det aller beste med hotellet er beliggenheten. 1-2 minutter å gå til togstasjonen er midt i blinken hvis man vil utforske rivieraen med tog. Ellers er det 2-3 minutter å gå til hovedshoppinggaten og ca 5 minutter å gå til stranden. Hotellet ligger i en meget traffikert gate, men er utmerket lydissolert og har fungerende aircondition. Rommene er riktignok ganske små, men smart utformet og egentlig ikke noe problem i det hele tatt. God standard og fremstår nytt. Betjeningen er utrolig hyggelig og service innstilt. De har uoppfordret gitt oss veldig gode råd om ting å finne på og gode autentiske restauranter. Hotellet kan trygt anbefales så fremt man ikke trenger stort rom med svært mye bagasje og tåler å gå 2-3 trapper.

Alldeles lagom hotell för den som inte tänker tillbringa så mycket tid på rummet. Bra läge, sköna sängar, bra service - möjligen lite störande med så mycket trafik utanför, men annars helt ok.

Beautiful little hotel. Everything you need. Nice, clean, comfortable room, great little bathroom, nice terrace, friendly staff, good price, excellent location. Perfect if you're in Cannes for business or on a budget. I've stayed here many time before, and will stay many times again.

Superhärligt hotell där personalen gjorde mycket av vistelsen. Mycket rent och fräscht och bra AC. Rummen är små - men skulle absolut komma tillbaka!

Lite bättre än man kan ana.

Billigt hotell som faktiskt var överraskande bra. Litet men rent och bekvämt rum. Trevlig service, men inga som helst faciliteter förutom ett litet frukostrum i (jo, i) lobbyn. Det här är i min mening ett perfekt hotell för dig som bara behöver ett bra ställe att sova på. Snabbt wifi dessutom!
