"Fantastic location just off Rambles! Lovely new boutique hotel! Great friendly staff! Nothing too much trouble! We arrived early (10.30am) and hoped for an early check-in - which was available! We went to reception (floor 7) greeted warmly and welcoming with a cava welcome drink!! Nice!! Then they appeared with the card machine! 40 Euros for early check-in which we were a little surprised about! We wanted to explore our beautiful Palma so we paid and not worry about our luggage! The charge seemed a little unnecessary as the room was already allocated and already ready for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and will definitely revisit soon!! We didn’t eat this visit but will try the restaurant next stay!"
