"Convenient location and friendly staff"

"We have stayed at other Marriott properties including other TownePlace suites. This particular one is not one of their best. It seems like it's an older property and needs a serious update. Our room was tiny and there was no place to put our luggage. The closets had had shelving all the way to the floor. it was hard to walk around in there without falling over our luggage. The bathroom in our room was the dirtiest I've had in my travels. After our room was cleaned on the third day of our visit I...

"As always, Excellent in all aspects !!! Thank you again"

"Good price! Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was well designed with tall mirror. Nice gym! Restaurant was empty and a happy hour to kickstart the restaurant would be a good idea, otherwise everyone just drives to Santana Row."

"Very dirty room many many pubic hairs in the restroom on the bed pretty much everywhere"

"Where it is located!"

"The rooms are spacious and the room cleaning services are great! Whenever I asked a maid to clean my room they always did and they did a wonderful job! Amenities such as coffee, water, clean towels, toilet paper, kleenex were always supplied. Every staff member here has been courteous and very helpful. I have found the hotel including the garage area for parking to be very clean. I would suggest the hotel offer more in their pantry. Overall my stay here has been very pleasant."

"They only ding I have is that if you are staying on the 2nd floor, there is only one stairway, which is down to the lobby. So it made for a very long walk when the car was right outside our window. They only service rooms every 2nd day (I think), which they didn't tell us when we checked in. Breakfast was above average for such places--fresh pico de gallo and real fruit was much appreciated."

"I am having trouble leaving an honest review so I will keep this brief and let the pictures speak for themselves. Garbage under bed Mold on Ceiling Advertised as Jetted tub. Jets filled with putty. Tub Painted with Flaking Paint. General Dirt and Grime. Not worthy of staying in."

"Staff were friendly and helpful"

"This is a very quaint inn and we love staying here. The rooms are cozy and the location is perfect for coffee, hiking and breakfast, which is right across the street."
