Hotel was clean, nice looking and good food. Lifeguard very attentive and it only 10mins from beautiful beach and town centre.

Great for short break

Two good size balconies, small studio room with small kitchenette, was clean tidy with helpful staff. Close to Santa Ponca beach, pool area was nice but watch the artificial grass as it gets very hot.

We enjoyed our vacation in Plazamar Serenity Resort. When we went on half day tour they prepared us a to go snack. The food was good. Everything was clean. Staff was nice.

Good location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping facilities. The hotel was in need of maintenance such as fixing windows so they close properly and general painting and decorating. Staff were generally helpful.

Nice Hotel with good airco and everything needed, very friendly staff and nice pool. We asked for a special need and staff fixed that tight away. Also great point that hotel is close to main beach and blvrd with stores, restaurants and bars. Pool area has his lifeguard all day present and entertainment had everybody happy. We had a great time in Santa Ponsa and Plazamar Serenity Resort !!!

Great apartment hotel

Great hotel with entertainment every night. Alex with colleges was very service minded. The absolute best was the food, All inclusive food is a challenge to eat for a week, but this place hade the best all inclusive food I ever had. The only drawback was very bad and uncomfortable pillows in the apartment. We will come back again, and bring own pillows.

Our room had a few hiccups but the staff were absolutely wonderful. From the night receptionist checking us in ( our flight made us 2 hours late) , to the cleaning and waiting staff. We arrived just after they had opened and a few hiccups with the room. Room was immaculate and comfy beds. Child crib already set up and little one loved it. Our only issue was the temperature in the room during the day and night was extremely cold <13 degrees at points. We asked for the remote for the air con ( the manager didn't realise it was not in the room. But thankfully he got it for us) to turn the heating on for it to heat the room up but it turns out when the engineer arrived it needed regassed then a new part. Which didn't happen until the end of our stay ( but no fault of the engineers as he updated us to say the parts were coming ). Also the remote for the TV would not work correctly which we think it as the battery but after having these replaced it still did not work. The only downside was these 2. The staff were amazing , food delicious. The restaurant staff were great and constantly cleaning. Shout out to their wonderful games and friendly nature especially with our little boy. The manager gave us advice on local shops for items ( check out the Chinese supermarket just across from pirates village) and all in all made the stay fab even tho they were desperately understaffed. If this is how we were treated when short staffed and a few hiccups we will most certainly be back

A gem in Santa Ponsa

Great studios which are spacious and have all the amenities you would need. Beautiful pool area, with slides and lifeguard so very safe. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful and all areas are very clean and well maintained.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable, the staff and in particular Max were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but did the job and were regularly cleaned with new towels, toilet rolls etc provided. The food and drinks were superb and would recommend to anyone planning on staying to go all inclusive. The location was fine, around a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Daniels Corner

Brilliant family holiday.

Great stay kids loved it all inclusive food beautiful didnt make much use of snack bar with food on so often, stayed across the road last year again was brilliant think entertainment was better in Julandia made made more use of snack bar and not so much of the all inclusive dinning as you had to cross the road... I think it would be a better idea to allow guests to go between 2 hotels as there is more pool space where pool place is much more limited in plazamar. Both two lovely hotels, with lovely staff

Staff was friendly but housekeeping was sloppy. Perhaps the supervisor/manager was not keeping a close eye on the quality of their efforts. We had 3 in our room but over 7 nights the third bed/couch was only made twice. The "efficiency" was missing plates. We had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was good. Lunch was disappointing. We never had dinner there.

Härligt ställe för familjen. Lägenhet som gör det möjligt att laga egen mat. Otrolig entertainer 6 dagars veckan, fantastisk med barnen - de älskade honom och det syntes att han älskade sitt jobb. Gjorde hela resan rolig och underbar. Fint, rent, bra service. Vi hade ingen mat inkluderad, men talade med några som hade all i klusi e, barnfamilj, mycket nöjda. Nära till havet och staden med affärer och restauranger Kommer gärna hit igen!
