"If you are looking for a longterm stay it does the job of having space and full kitchen. The furniture is old and doesn’t appeal to be clean. Covered the couch with a bed sheet and felt fine. The check in and out process is slow because they have maybe one person managing the property. They were not on time in having the room ready for check in. Waite for over an hour. However, they comped late check out because of it. It seems to me the staff are not cared for and in turn they may not care to be friendly or service oriented to guests. It does not seem they want to be there. They may benefit from a team meeting and having a reset in how they want to deliver their services. Otherwise they are doing the job. "

"They had very clean properties and rooms. A wonderful variety of activities for all ages from making slime to pickle ball to painting class and of course the daily pool activities. Great family fun."

"Breakfast is marginal. Very basic. Instant oatmeal is terrible. Boxed cereal is all high in sugar. Kid cereal. No hot water or coffee available outside of breakfast hours. "

"This Motel 6 was really clean. It my be close to the Freeway but the once the door are closed, the room is very quiet. This is really close to the Carlsbad Flower Fields. Very spacious and Jacob is excellent in helping us out get my dad a bottom room due to his disabilities. Ample parking. "

"Outdated and disappointing. Not unclean, but clearly old/outdated. Room had a kind of musty smell. Stood in line for quite a while to check-in. Parking garage system worked weird / not as the instructions claimed. Finally figured it out and was able to exit; fortunately no one was behind me. Probably time to tear this place down and build something more modern with a better flow. Weird layout."
