"My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. "The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best."

"My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. "Very enjoyable stay. Was on an all inclusive basis. Breakfast great, lunch fine but dinner was usually a bit beige. Room lovely except for a very odd bathroom set up which meant there was no privacy. Entertainment was great, especially Valentina as our main entertainer. Great value overall so would definitely recommend. "

"The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! "
