"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"Ein super süßes kleines Hotel mit perfektem Frühstück und guter Lage, um verschiedene Ausflüge zu planen. Das Personal war unfassbar zuvorkommend und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels gewesen, in dem ich je war.

"We loved our stay at the ICON Valparaiso. Hotel staff were the highlight. Positive, attentive and fun. The Hotel property was lovely. Rooms were nicely decorated and lovely. Food prepared at the hotel was excellent. Great place to stay as adults and adult couples. "
"We stayed at Cala d'Or Playa last year and booked it straight away when we got home as we had loved it so much. It did not disappoint the second time round.
The room was clean as was around the pool and bar/restaurang areas.
The staff are friendly and work very hard and my youngest loved the entertainment crew and joined many of the activities and games. The slides are great fun for the kids and the main pool layout is great for all to enjoy. People do get io early to get the sunbeds they want...

"Die Anlage und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr viele Eltern mit Kleinkinder. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Anlage ist groß, vom Poolbar oder Strandbar braucht man weile berghoch zu laufen, es gibt kleine ShuttleBusse, die die Gäste zur Rezeption und Hauptrestaurant bringen, allerdings fahren sie wann sie wollen und ziemlich wild, in allen sinnen des Wortes."
