Within walking distance to the art museum and not a far Uber to condado beach or any beach for that matter. Very welcoming atmosphere. "

Not only is the building a brutalist masterpiece, the rooms are perfectly designed, the staff are helpful and friendly without being obsequious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As well as that, the area it sits in has fantastic restaurants (in particular Tastado for breakfast and Berlingeri for lunch) and is a short walk to the beautiful beach. "

"I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back. "

"The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day. "

"The guest house was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was rarely seen but seemed to be everywhere at the same time. I was amazed at how quickly they cleaned up the room and fixed up the bed while I was just grabbing a coffee downstairs. "
