"Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. Secure garage parking for a car also a nice add to make this an excellent location for a Como stay."

"Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. "When booking this hotel, we knew it wasn't in the city center or close to major sightseeing spots. However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area.
