"I regret staying at Circus Circus. Our room was dirty the moment we walked in, and the restroom was absolutely disgusting. The fridge looked extremely old, gross, and made a loud noise every hour, which made it hard to relax or sleep. There was no soap, no shampoo, and no conditioner provided — basic essentials you would expect from any hotel were missing. To make matters worse, the walls are incredibly thin. We could clearly hear the people staying in the next room, including what sounded like two toddler-aged children, which made it even more difficult to rest. It felt like there was no privacy at all. We even paid an extra fee to upgrade the room, and I honestly regret that decision. It did not feel like an upgrade whatsoever. I should have listened to my husband when he asked me several times if I was sure this is where I wanted to stay. Lesson learned. 😩 Overall, very disappointing experience. Dirty room, noisy environment, outdated amenities, and not worth the extra money. I definitely would not stay here again. 👎"

"Great hotel, great staff, great amenities, and a great value. Unfortunately the room had some problems. Dirty bar of soap left in the shower with an empty bottle of body wash. Woke up to the A/C unit squealing in the middle of the night. Come to find out the entire cover was broken and just sitting on it. A musty moldy smell to our room. We shared a wall with the housekeeping storage and they didn't hesitate to make as much noise as possible. Heard every ding of the elevator and felt every step in the floor above hallway and room. Love this place, but will definitely be more selective in our rooms next time. "
