10/10 Excellent

"Our welcome, check in, room and staff were excellent. The hotels pools, Adventure Zone and buffet breakfast was amazing. The outer hallways were a little worn down. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like vomit or rotten milk was spilled on the carpet. The staff worked tirelessly to clean it up but the smell was still there. Towards the end of the trip water was leaking from the ceiling and a bucket was put on the ground in the hallway. It just needs some updating. However our room was fine. Nice cold air conditioning and clean. Wonderful ocean view balcony. Despite the small things I'd definitely stay here again!"

"An excellent stay with fantastic service! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in at 11:30 AM, and the front desk was accommodating enough to extend our check-out to 1:00 PM. The breakfast spread was also highly enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful 9/10 experience!"

"The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel. The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go to."
