The Archeological Park of Butrint entrance is just a few steps away making it the perfect place to stay when exploring the ruins."

"The staff were amazing ( Alesia and Edson as well as the cleaning lady ), the hotel is very well located, the only downside would be the room, I noticed mold inside the wardrobe and on the wall due to humidity I guess, due to that the room was stuffy, the breakfast also was very simple ( bread, eggs, bacon cucumber, cheese and melon ) otherwise the experience was great :)"

"We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or...

"We loved our stay. Even though we were on the bottom floor and close to reception we only noticed the noise a few times. The reception staff Erjeta is wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel. Further away from the busy chaotic side of Ksamil but close to absolutely everything. Great location for beach and some nicer beach clubs too! Breakfast was good and overlooked the sea!"

"Camera già all’arrivo sporca . Zero pulizie in 4 giorni , abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi degli asciugamani e quanto ci serviva, tra l’altro cercando la proprietaria in tutto l’albergo perché la reception era sempre chiusa . Indicano parcheggio disponibile ma se ci stanno 4 macchine è già tanto , che devi parcheggiare uno dietro l’altro e la mattina alle 7 ti bussano per fare uno spostamento di macchine . L’unica persona gentile è stato il signore che ci aiutava a tirare fuori la macchina ....
