"I was soaking wet when I arrived and the staff couldn't be more helpful in getting me booked in quick. The room was excellent with everything I required and the breakfast had plenty of options. All in all very pleasant. Would use again if around the area. "

"Yes all very friendly. Good menu for evening meals & breakfasts. Quirky old building with quite a few steps with in the downstairs & upstairs. Good parking with cameras. Due to being a listed building,no double glazing. You do hear the planes from 6am. But all in all very pleased for our visit."

"Good food and staff, service a bit slow at times Rooms dated and need good clean, public areas need a revamp, housekeeping staff lacking in skills - asked for room to be serviced each day but had to make our own bed two days running and were left with unwashed mugs and hairs in sink and bath Heating turned off on 1st April, and when we questioned we were given an inadequate heater"

"Room and bed very clean, interior of hotel needs a refresh and little update. Plug in bathroom sink stuck down and bathroom mirror light wouldn’t turn off. TV the size of an iPad. If you’re after a clean bed for the night it’s fine and price was ok."

"Pleasant stay. Rooms look a bit dated, no plug sockets next to bed. Room wasn't hoovered before arrival. Plumbing need looking into (slow drainage and toilet flush not great) Staff were helpful. Breakfast was buffet, so unable to choose from normal breakfast menu."
