"The hot water didnt work the first night. Staff is not attentive nor welcoming. There was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast is included but not much to select. Do not waste your money here. There are better places in Cuenca. "

"This hotel is nice enough and the bed was comfortable. The room was on the front facing a busy street-noisy. I was assured that I had a room "on this floor" but I had to climb many steps to get to it. Breakfast was down two levels which I could not manage. My pet was accommodated but I did pay extra - which was fine."
