"Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book."

"Avoid this place. It is a room. Not an apartment. Rubbish piled up in the front and rear gardens. There are rats. Bathroom is shared, and is tiny, cannot swing a cat in it, but at least a cat would help with the rats. Kitchen is below bare minimum. 2 cups, 3 plates. "Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. "Not as described. Would not recommend"

"Only advantage near railway Station and rental car"

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

"Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved"

"Staff is good. Sleeping room is clean. Have to share bathroom with other guests. Toilet lock broken."

"Great property, super clean, was well stocked, and had everything we needed. Co-op was round the corner or we walked to the local Tesco. Would highly recommend! Thank you!"

"Perfect place to relax and unwind. Cottage is set in a beautiful location with great views. Owners go extra mile to provide comfort. Extremely clean and well maintained."

"A lovely place with all the amenities"

"Fabulous cottage. Quiet location with amazing views. Warm & comfortable. Only slight problem was tv not working in one bedroom. Would definitely return."

"Perfect stay for Alton towers trip with family."

"Lovely big property with all amenities you could need. Lovely and quiet and hosts very helpful. Great location for the Peak District attractions. Would definitely use again and recommend."
