"Clean good location "

"Hotel was very clean and nice , room was small but nice and clean and more than enough since we were out all day and were just there to sleep. Comfortable beds and good shower. Roof tops hot tubs were wonderful with beautiful views. The only complaint is that we went to lobby restaurant for breakfast and asked for a table for two, but were told by the hostess that they wouldn’t seat us without a reservation - even though there were about 15 empty tables. We found Farm & Fire restaurant two...

"The room was clean, in excellent condition, and we loved the hot breakfast buffet. The location is wonderful, and we love walking down Banff Ave from the hotel. "

"Don’t bother staying here. It is too expensive for what they offer. There are many great hotels in Banff that offer the same at a lower price. The Afternoon Tea was the worse one we’ve ever experienced. "

"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."
