"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...

"This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it."

The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. "Nadine, front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. I met Terry and Nancy, the owners, who were gracious and very nice. The sink in the bathroom was a beautiful ceramic design which added to the the charm of the hotel. I didn't use the pool but it is a great amenity. The breakfasts were excellent and a nice way to start a day of touring on a full stomach. The restaurant across the street was not very good but Nectar down the street had great food.
