They had a water tank but never turned it on so there was basically no water to shower with. The pillows were not so grear and the mattress was hard as a rock. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great the staff was very helpful. Expedia had the wrong account for the deposit to the owner, not sure she ever received my money

I liked they it was. Walking distance from the Center of town and the market. The place was clean.what was disappointing was the staff some were helpful some weren’t our bed was also not made properly it was missing the fitted sheet . Room walls needed cleaning. It’s an ok place to stay.

It's cheap. The room was small but clean. No sheets on bed. No hot water. Free Breakfast not worth the bother.

It is a small boutique hotel according to the cost. There are no many lodging options but this one is worthwhile. The people show courtesy and help a lot to the guests.

Es muy importante considerar para entender este comentario que se trata de un hotel de un precio muy económico. Dicho esto, en cuanto al hotel en sí, se trata de una habitación con cama doble, colchón nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones, no muy grande y sin mayores detalles, pero extremadamente limpio y a fin de cuentas funcional. TV grande y con muchos canales. La ducha de agua templada, con buena presión de agua. Perfectamente ubicado en pleno centro de Rivas, detrás de la iglesia, cerca de todo. El hotel también ofrece un buen desayuno,. WIFI correcto. Inmejorable relación precio calidad. Por cierto Rivas es una pequeña y muy agradable ciudad.
