"Very helpful and excellent breakfast"

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

The seafront with lots of restaurants and amenities are within walking distance, making it a very convenient location. The mattress was a little too firm for our liking. "Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗"

"This is an excellent small boutique B&B. Full of charm and character. Very well maintained and clean. Owners kept themselves to themselves other than the welcome. Lovely breakfast. Very organised. Would definitely stay again so would recommend to others."

"A good location to explore Torquay, Babbacombe and the surrounding area. Very well maintained clean place, car parking in front of the building. Very convenient location to the centre/harbour ( less than 10 mins by car). Darren & Jo are very helpful and friendly hosts. Nice breakfast, pre order the night before and it's served right on time, delicious. We were very happy staying there!"

"Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. Anne was very accommodating to my intolerances and catered with alternative milk and yoghurt. When booking I was unsure if booking the pool would be inconvenient,...
