Very nicely down, modern, clean property. Host contacted by Whatsapp and give me instructions and advices about the area. Bed was very confortable. I’d definitely would come back here if I visit the city next time.

We had a great stay! The accomodation is in the city center where you can reach everything by walking. Near to the river and to shopping and eating stores. In the evening / at night it gets a little bit noisy if the room is on the street side, due to some restaurants on the ground floor. But overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

Great property and Eyal was so helpful for the stay. Easy to access and close to everything was close by. My only comment would be it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom but that’s just a suggestion. Everything else was really great for the price.

It was pleasure to stay here! This place is so close to sight view points and near the restaurant and convenient store! Also, the owner is so quick to response for everything and gives lots of good information! Love to stay here and i want to re-stay here! Oh! Room is so clean as well!

Overall the property was great! Very clean and staff was very helpful. Had issue with Wi-Fi and manager did his best to try to resolve. Full of suggestions for restaurants etc…which was also nice. Multiple codes and key to access, a bit complex, but felt safe. Enjoyed my stay! I would recommend.

the host was lovely and very helpful - sent a video showing how to access the property and how to get from the entrance to the room which was very useful. Whilst the building is old, the rooms are nicely refurbished, though the toilet had a bit of a smell and there were some small bugs ling around the room but the sheets etc seemed clean. The location is very central and walkable to all major sites, the metro and bus access is also very close if you don’t want to walk. The host was also kind enough to recommend many places to eat/things to see and was quick to reply ro any questions

The location of the property is in the Middle of the City Center. On a good day, It's a nice Walking distance to Rudas Bath, Stephen Basilica, Parliament building, Shopping, Restaurants, and many many more. The host Eyal is very helpful. He answered very quickly to any queries I had. He even made recommendations of best places the check out around the City. Room was good too! Thank you Eyal.

This was an awful experience where we turned up on the day and the host had the booking on the wrong date due to a “malfunction in their system”. We were then stranded in Budapest so had to take the option they offered of staying at a different location. We were not reimbursed or refunded any money considering the new location was 20 minutes further away from the city centre. The host gave us good recommendations for food and drink. However, the way the situation was handled was appalling and I would never book with them again.

Avoid This at All Costs This is not a hotel. I repeatedly asked if it was and they assured this was a hotel, when it is not. It is an apartment building with bedrooms. There is no lobby, the street where it is located its not the nicest and the building was creepy. This looks like a place where locals would take a sex worker. Though the room looks nice at first sight, the bed had unwashed stained linens. There were also bedbugs. The bed was super itchy and we had to wear two layers of clothing so we could try to sleep without the bed itching. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we ended up staying somewhere else after the first night (and we stayed there that night just because we got there late)

Overall great value. Although it was a little difficult to get into the room the first time, thanks to the detailed video we were able to figure it out. It is in a prime location; close to everything. The room was pretty clean and the amenities were good. There was no weird smell or anything. The only bad thing was the windows are thin and you can easily hear traffic and talking from outside, so if you are a sensitive sleeper it may be hard to sleep. The staff was very helpful and always replied quickly on WhatsApp. The mini fridge was broken in our room but a staff came quickly within an hour of me messaging them at 11pm so I was very impressed with that.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, the good airconditioning, shower and wifi. It was a little bit of a puzzle to get in the first time, but when we got used to it, it was not difficult and felt safe. Good communication via Whatsapp. Space to store luggage was unclear. Nice and convenient location. Not too noisy, although sometimes a base tone from a nearby restaurant terrace could be heard.

Bra läge men allt annat sög

Uppgraderade rummet för att få en uteplats men det gick inte ens att öppna dörren (utan en nyckel vilket vi ej fick med). Men det gjorde ju iof inte så mycket eftersom uteplatsen var så pass smutsig och inte förberedd. Hade även problem med incheckningen, stod fel adress i beskrivningen, när vi först tillträdde rummet var de tidigare gästerna inte utcheckade och när vi väl fick tillträde fanns det ej handdukar så vi fick köpa egna. Läget var dock toppen!

Nous avons réservé le logement 3 mois à l'avance. La veille de notre arrivée, j'ai appelé l'établissement car je n'avais reçu aucune information sur le lieu de remise des clés (il était indiquer que je recevrais un message 24h avant). Après 2 appels et plusieurs messages, on m'a informé que j'allais recevoir les informations. A 1h du matin le jour de notre arrivée, j'ai effectivement reçu un message mais pour nous informé que notre réservation était annulée pour des raisons techniques. Aucune proposition de remplacement, debrouillez-vous. Scandaleux
