Dear Richard, First of all, thank you for your recent stay at K+K Hotel Opera and taking your time to write us your review, which is really helpful to improve our services.We are sad to read, that our hotel did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, check-in may take longer time due to some obligatory procedures which are set by the law and cannot be overwritten by the hotel. This is for example scanning the documents and completing the form. Without that procedure, hotel is unable to check-in any guests as it is supervised by authorities (with automated systems). You requested a twin room, and your room were equipped with two separated beds, as requested. We are surprised about your negative comment in regards to the unfriendly staff, as we got many-many positive reviews highlighting their friendliness and professionalism. We would be appreciated, if you could share more exactly with us your opinion. Exactly, AC is available only during Summer season and usually hotels are working with same system. Windows may be open partially for security purposes, however our Front Desk Team is happy to assist you, if complete opening is required (after filling in the required form). Unfortunately, we did not receive such request on the spot during your stay.
