The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's in a perfect location within 5/10 walk to most things

This hotel was average, the location is good and the staff was friendly but the older lady that works in the bar area. This hotel has a complimentary coffee/hot chocolate station close to the bar area with seating for their guest. When I approached the coffee machine the lady immediately came up to me and told me I had to have my drink sitting there and could not take it to my room or have it anywhere but the seated area which I find very weird and ridiculous. Near me were other guest not happy with the lady and one girl even soured at her because the lady would Not leave her alone. Other than that the hotel is okay just average.

Super relaxt en mooi hotel. Gewoon alles is top. Schoon, netjes en het personeel is behulpzaam. Glutenvrij ontbijt is ook mogelijk en ook met koemelk allergie kan je er terecht. Er zijn alternatieven als soja en amandelmelk.

STAFF The staff are very helpful, friendly, accommodating, they will do extra mile to satisfy your stay. HOTEL The place is close to everything it’s in the center of the city, in the quiet and safe area. Few minutes walk to Parlament, cafes,pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket etc. There is also complimentary coffee, water and juice machine station in the lobby that u don’t need to buy water for your room u can just refill your bottle. The breakfast is ok, with hot and cold options. BEDROOM The room is not that big enough, the bed is ok but not great one side is sinking but we cope with it. Cleanliness is ok but bathroom needs some TLC specifically some small molds in the bathroom tiles. All in all good price with excellent service, nice hotel and very good staff. Will definitely recommend it. Thank you IKONIK for nice and comfortable stay.

This hotel is in a GREAT location. Easy to walk to the best sites around Budapest. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bedding and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful in getting taxis when needed. The property showed signs of age and needs a remodel. Overall, a great location, but not a true 4 star hotel.

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
Trevlig personal. Jätte mysig fika hörna där det fanns kaffe och te utan kostnad. Perfekt avslutning på en turistmagnet. Trevligt att umgås med andra gäster där och byta tips. Vi uppskattade också att det fanns en bastu i källaren som man fick tillgång till genom att boka i receptionen.

Great location whether walking to the Christmas markets or Parliament area .Equally easy to hop on a bus or tram from the main road. ate breakfast out to try out the local cafes. Expresso machine in the room with capsules that were replaced each day - no milk though.

Muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas y de buen tamaño. El desayuno muy rico y con muchas opciones de comida para todos los gustos. El personal muy amable y atentos a ayudar. Cerca de la zona turística y de servicios de transporte y el bus turístico. Excelente para conocer Budapest. Cerca está el museo de Luz a unas cuadras y vale mucho la pena visitar.

This hotel is magnificent. Everything is perfect, it is very clean, doing housekeeping perfectly everyday, all staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect, the hotel is very close to main attractions in Budapest, everything is around you. I enjoyed my stay in it, and thinking of going there again. I recommend it strongly to stay to get a joyful stay in Budapest. you will not regret that.
