Our AC system is working but as the days are becoming colder, it is becoming obsolete and unfortunately we didn't realize there was an issue with it for you. As you have spent your stay in the Suite with Park view and in Double Room with Courtyard view, you might have noticed that due to the building structure only some rooms have a view of the street, and some are of the Courtyard. We regret that you couldn't book the Park view Suite for your whole stay. Additionally, as this is an old building that was built before the elevators were installed it may require you to walk some stairs down to your floor but because of that our staff is always offering to carry the luggage to your room. It would be our pleasure to help you with that as well as with the program and restaurant recommendations and phones by request. As we are a boutique hotel we are striving to give our guests the most memorable vacation and this is our number one priority! We deeply regret that there was a misunderstanding and you didn't share your concerns with us during your 5 day stay.
