Property was in an excellent position in the city, easy and walkable to all the major sights. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly, room was perfect and very clean. Could be made better with tea and coffee making facilities in the room but other than that everything was perfect.

We really liked the hotel, they are polite and friendly staff. Nice and clean room. The breakfast was very good but the coffee was not very tasty.

The D8 Hotel is very well located in Budapest - easy access to restaurants and shops as well as being close to the river and transport links The staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us a very warm welcome The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and apart from thoughtless guess slamming doors the hotel is also very quiet The breakfast is varied although the dining area becomes busy during peak periods I would happily recommend the hotel to other visitors looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Budapest

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado. Vamos que si me pidiesen recomendación para alojarse en Budapest lo propondría sin duda. Es muy moderno, bien cuidado, muy limpio. La habitación doble que es la que utilizamos, es suficiente. No tiene armario, pero si un hueco con perchas donde colocar la ropa. El baño con una ducha estupenda. Lo que no me gustó fue la ropa de cama. Ponen edredones individuales para cada uno, quedando entre medias de la cama sin nada...y si metes este por los pies, te queda muy corto por arriba y por los lados pues te quedas casi al fresco. Vamos, para mí estar bien tapada por la noche es fundamental y en esta cama no me he sentido agusto. Además es 1 poco blanda de más. El personal normal, amable sin pretensiones. Pero visto lo visto en la gente de aquí en general, es lo máximo que puedes esperar 😂 Lo mejor la ubicación, con metro, bus y tranvía al lado. Tiendas, restaurantes, super céntrico. En nada estás en el Danubio con los cruceros en barco y el puente de las cadenas. Vistas desde el lado de Pest, para ver el Palacio e Iglesia de S. Matias. Maravilloso todo. Volvería a alojarme aquí sin duda, pero pediría un edredón más grande! ☺️

The position of the hotel in the center of Budapest walking distance of most sights, and underground to get about. Shopping near and all sorts of dining establishments. I will certainly stay in D8 again.

Hôtel très bien situé permettant de faire beaucoup de visites à pied. Il y a également à proximité une station de métro et des arrêts de trams permettant également de se rendre sur les lieux touristiques. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et garni et le bar de l'hôtel très agréable pour boire un verre à toute heure.

Lovely hotel. Not flashy and pretty basic but is very clean, well presented and is a cool place to stay. The best part about this hotel is the location. It’s literally in the middle of everything. The staff in the hotel were brilliant, very helpful and hospitable. I would definitely look to stay here again when I travel back to Budapest.

Very good stay for 3 nights two friends in a twin room. Very clean and nicely decorated, wonderful location very central to everything we walked everywhere! The bus from the airport is also close by. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choice. Would recommend this hotel.

Located in a pedestrian only section of the street, literally a less than 5 minute walk from the chain bridge. and right at the start of the main shopping street. Breakfast is included. Nothing seemed to be much trouble.

Slow or poor internet in some rooms far away from the center of the building. Very very good breakfast. Newer hotel. Fast elevators.

This is a great property, close to the Danube, public transit, shopping, restaurants, etc. Within walking distance to most of the major tourist/historical sites. The room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely would stay again. Loved the patio map wall.Small rooms. I booked twin beds, but worth the excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had all options, would suggest opening the self serve coffee machine at 4:00 am for early departure. The trip to airport is far and rooms don’t have hot pot.

Hôtel très bien situé à 100 m du métro et 2 min à pied du bus pour l’aéroport. L’hôtel est super sympa, propre , et le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute ( on peut même y réservé des activités). Budapest est une merveilleuse ville.

We loved the breakfast, staff were very friendly, the bartender was so friendly and have us hot water for tea, they called us our taxi etc. the mini croissants are the best, along with the cereal and yogurt bar. Location was very convenient, right next to the river and bridge. We would of given a five star review but wifi in our room was non existent, we got one bar if we were lucky.
