Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were dark, we were at the back of the property, the rooms in the front looked better, we had no fridge, court yard was lovely and good location
Súper friendly and helpful staffs. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel is cute and gives a comfortable B&B local vibe. It’s very close to a bus stop and the hop on hop off bus. A great coffee shop across the street, a good quirky magic restaurant also across the street and a store on the corner. Great location and place for the price.
Hotel is in a good location. Room was nice and clean. My only issue is that my room had no hot water in the evening and then in the morning had no water at all in the sink or shower. Front desk is limited hours so couldn't get help for it in the evening and then in the morning with limited time to get ready and leave, I decided I didn't want the hassle. I told staff at check out and they were familiar with the problem. They have an eco boiler and this happens. Staff were friendly.
The hotel is in a great location both to walk and for the city’s amazing public transportation (including that it was easy to get to from the airport, using the airport bus and then a connecting bus that drops you pretty close to the hotel). The wifi worked great and the room was cool. The shower had an actual door so the floor doesn’t get all wet, which is rare in Europe and I appreciate. The bathroom also has an additional, strong hair dryer. The room had bright lighting options that made it easy to work and read. The hotel staff was very friendly. While the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, I believe there are only three floors total so as long as you are able to go stairs it is not a problem. There is a nice breakfast layout with freshly made scrambled eggs. This was a convenient place to stay.

The front desk was extremely helpful on where to eat, what to do and were very friendly. Everything was explained, so there was no misunderstanding. The area was great for restaraunts and walking around.
Great stay.
The staff was great, always responsible and friendly, very helpful for checking times. The room was quite well. The garden is charming with small snacks and drinks, feeling so comfortable. Only lift is missing , but stuff helped us to carry suitcases. highly recommended
I liked the bed a proper double not two pushed together. I also liked the air con the L’Ocitaine shampoo and the espresso machine in reception.
I didn’t like that there are no staff in attendance after 7pm the WiFi kept cutting out and there was noise in room 8 from the room above that felt like someone was in the room. Also children running up and down the hallway isn’t the hotels fault but their parents. It felt like a pension in Spain more than a hotel but it was clean the staff pleasant and once the bins were cleared from in front of the building it felt better returning there.
The hotel is a perfect value for money finding. We had the family room at ground floor. Room was very spacious and exemplary clean, the bathroom especially. It was nice to find amenities from l’occitane, a brand I like. Beds were large (guess 180-200x200) and very comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Clean, cozy, recently renovated, good location and excellent service especially from Laszlo.
Great value for money, the breakfast is nicely cooked and presented, shampoo/bath lotion/etc by loccitane.
Just pay attention the reception is not open 24h for your check-in. So, if you need to check-in after 7pm, get in contact with the property to arrange your entry. They will send you clear instructions on how to do it.
The building needs some maintenance, I have talked to the staff about the lightning in my room (room 3) and it was not fixed. The place was loud in the morning. Other than that it was OK.
The hotel doesn’t have elevator!!! It was not written anywhere and i was not informed on it. I have a medical issue and am not able to lift up heavy things. I have heavy bag with me and on my way, which I travel often, I have never had need yo lift up it, I always just roll and use elevator. But they put me on the 2nd floor up, and as I arrived late, there was noobe at reception to ask to room change or help. I had to struggle to take my bag to up by very high stairs. Noone asked if ok for me or not, noone informed there is no elevator, noone consider people can have health issues. If I have to have surgery now, I will sue hotel for this. I will also complain on hotel for relevant governmental authorities.
In overall, it is not hotel but guest house. Poor bad smell, no water in rooms, no reception, no elevator! Worst ever experience in my life.
