숙소의 카페트는 매우 냄새가 심해서 머리가 아펐다.

냄새나는 카페트. 직원분은 친절함. 주관적이지만 교통은 불편. 와이파이는 1층로비에서만 됨. 1층 로비에서도 와이파이가 됐다 안됐다 함. 친절하신 직원분은 와이파이를 껏다가 켜줌. 조식은 불만족. 주변 관광객이 많아서 시끄러움. 숙박할때 밤에 공사도 하여 매우 시끄러웠음.

My wife and I had to cancel our European trip Friday, August 9 at the urgent request of her cardiologist who had reviewed the results of test taken during the week including an echocardiogram indicating she was having difficulty with a ventricle, a valve, and a thorasic aneurysim. After contacting Backroad to cancel the river portion of our trip I called Travelocity. I spoke with a representative who supposedly interceded with United airlines to allow us to use all but $300 per person on a subsequent trip provided it was booked by January. I also asked that he cancel any hotel bookings we had Travelocity for now. Getting your current message makes me wonder if everything he helped me with was bogus.

Location, location, location! I got half of the mandatory Budapest attractions done within 3hrs after checking in. Giant room with a view looking directly at the church. Mostly friendly staff with 1 rude breakfast room lady complaining that I didn't close the door after entry. Guess what, there's no sign saying to close the door behind. 2ndly, I didn't spend money to get yelled at, even if it was in a language I don't understand.

Wonderful location however it’s a little further than the 15 minutes walk from the central train station- including lots of steps! Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Family trip

Great location, beautiful view from our rooms, nice breakfast, only the coffe maker did not work. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It's quite noisy from early morning but I still highly recommend this place. If you want to sleep until late this hotel is not for you because the Matthias Church is in front of it and the bells might wake you up and the loud tourists as well. There are some buses from there to the city center so you don't need to climb up and down on the stairs. If you drive parking can be a headache.

das Hotel profitiert von seiner einmaligen Lage auf dem Burghügel. Die Zimmer bräuchten dringend ein update: Betten und Möbel aus der Zeit vor der Wende. Frühstück könnte man ruhig weglassen, altes Brot und sehr bescheidene Auswahl. Nichts desto Trotz, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Отель отличается превосходным расположением находясь в самом центре Будайского замкового комплекса. Хорошее обслуживание чистота. Вежливый персонал всегда готовый помочь. Отдыхали с семьёй, всем очень понравилось.
