"Great location and amazing staff. My husband had a medical issue and they arranged a doctor to come to the hotel. He was there in less than an hour. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop area is fabulous and there are lots of other little spaces to hang out. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
