"The hotel property is nice. However, we requested a turn down of our room with the front desk and they said it would be done by 3:30pm ,.. it was not done at all and we had to get ready in a dirty room for an evening event. We then requested two towels however they brought 2 toilet paper rolls instead ( huge delay) then we shared our experiences with the front desk and she said that’s “too bad” …. Based on the presumed rating of this hotel I was disappointed with the service"

"Maryjane was so helpful. I felt lost and she guided me where I needed to go. My kids loved her. My son even asked to go back and live with her. She was so sweet.she made my experience worth it."

"Hyatt was great. Location clean nice staff."

"Our stay at this property wasn’t the best for me, though it really is a beautiful place! We found the stafff not very helpful, on our first night I literally called there 5 times without a response, our tv wouldn’t allow us sound and when they finally got to our room, the young guy"

"The property was close to campus and restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the easy check in and there were no problems about the property. I would definitely come back."

"The toilet seat was missing a bolt so it was loose, would move while sitting down on it. The sink top in bathroom area was still wet, not sure if it was from being cleaned or if it was never wiped off. But the overall stay was excellent! Helpful staff!"

"Absolutely perfect B&B"

"The Inn was lovely, Food was delicious. It’s a quiet and comfortable inn just minutes from State College. The innkeepers made it feel like home. The horses were also fun! Hope to be able to visit again before my daughter graduates from PSU."
